Privacy Policy

1. Who we are & scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Manifest Idea Technologies Inc. ("JustOnePro," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you visit justONEpro.com (the "Site") or use our contractor-matching services (the "Services"). JustOnePro operates a lead-generation and matching platform that connects California homeowners with one vetted, independent, licensed local contractor. This policy applies to California residents and is designed to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA/CPRA"), and the California Online Privacy Protection Act ("CalOPPA").

We are the "business" responsible for the personal information described here. Contractors who receive your information act as independent parties and maintain their own privacy practices.

2. Personal information we collect

In the last 12 months we may have collected the following categories of personal information, as defined by the CCPA/CPRA:

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, driver's-license numbers, payment-card numbers from homeowners, or other sensitive personal information through the homeowner request form. Contractors may separately provide business and payment information governed by our contractor terms.

3. Sources of information

• Directly from you — when you submit a service request, sign up, or contact us.
• Automatically — through cookies, analytics, and server logs when you use the Site.
• Service providers — analytics, hosting, and communications vendors acting on our behalf.

4. How we use your information

• To match you with one vetted local contractor for the service you requested.
• To transmit your request to that contractor so they can contact you and provide a quote.
• To operate, secure, debug, and improve the Site and Services.
• To communicate with you about your request, respond to inquiries, and provide support.
• To send you marketing communications where permitted and with any required consent (see §11).
• To detect and prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and comply with law.

5. How we share your information (lead matching)

We may also disclose personal information to:

• Service providers / processors — hosting, analytics, communications (email/SMS), and customer-support vendors that process data on our behalf under contract.
• Legal & safety — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms, or protect rights, safety, and property.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing except as described in this policy or with your consent.

6. "Sale" and "sharing" of personal information

The CCPA/CPRA define "sale" broadly to include disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, and "sharing" to include disclosing it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because our business model involves routing homeowner leads to contractors, and depending on how those arrangements are structured, our disclosure of your information to a matched contractor may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law.

You have the right to opt out. See Your privacy choices below. [Confirm with counsel whether your specific lead arrangements constitute a "sale"/"sharing," and implement the opt-out accordingly. If you do sell/share, you must also honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control.]

We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization.

7. Data retention

We retain each category of personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. We do not keep personal information for longer than the periods below, after which we delete, de-identify, or aggregate it.

Note: contractors who receive your lead retain it under their own policies and schedules, which we do not control.

8. Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA, subject to certain exceptions:

• Right to know / access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, purposes, and categories of third parties to whom we disclosed it.
• Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we collected from you.
• Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of sale/sharing — direct us not to sell or share your personal information (see §6 and §9).
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — to the extent we ever use sensitive PI for non-exempt purposes (we do not currently).
• Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request (typically by matching information you provide against our records). You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. We will respond within 45 days (extendable by another 45 days with notice). There is no fee unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

10. Your privacy choices — Do Not Sell or Share

11. Calls, texts & marketing consent (TCPA)

By submitting a service request and providing your phone number, you agree that JustOnePro and the one matched contractor may contact you at that number — including by autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages — about your request, even if the number is on a do-not-call registry. Consent to marketing texts/calls is not a condition of using the Services. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to texts, following opt-out instructions in a message, or contacting us. See our Terms of Service for the full consent disclosure.

12. Cookies & tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality. Where our use of analytics or advertising cookies constitutes "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, you may opt out as described in §10, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals where applicable.

13. California "Shine the Light"

California Civil Code §1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct-marketing purposes. 14. Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Once your information is transmitted to a matched contractor, its protection is subject to that contractor's own practices.

15. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for adults (18+) and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

16. Changes & contact

We reserve the right to change, edit, modify, amend, supplement, or replace this Privacy Policy at any time, in our sole discretion. When we do, we will post the revised policy here and update the "Last updated" date above; if the changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required by law. Any change is effective when posted (or on the effective date stated in the change). Your continued use of the Site or Services after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
